Subprocessors are service providers that help CaelaraHealth operate, secure, support, or improve the platform. We review providers based on the purpose of the relationship, the type of data involved, and contractual commitments available for healthcare use.

Cloud hosting and data storage
- Purpose
- Runs the public website and protected application infrastructure.
- Notes
- Production providers are reviewed for security, privacy, and contractual commitments.
Authentication and identity
- Purpose
- Supports sign-in, account protection, and workspace access.
- Notes
- Used to control access to portals and practice workspaces.
Payment processing
- Purpose
- May support practice subscriptions and approved package payment workflows when enabled.
- Notes
- Payment processing is not enabled for every environment or private-beta workflow.
Email and notifications
- Purpose
- Sends account, security, and operational notices.
- Notes
- Clinical detail is designed to stay out of ordinary notification content.
Video, captions, and transcription
- Purpose
- Supports virtual visit workflows and accessibility-oriented visit support.

- Availability depends on plan, workspace configuration, and customer approval.
AI draft support
- Purpose
- Supports provider-reviewed drafts and summaries where enabled.

- AI output remains draft-only until provider review.
Monitoring and support

Updates And Questions
CaelaraHealth may update subprocessors as the platform matures. Material changes for customers are handled through the applicable customer agreement, onboarding channel, or notice process.
