Discovery Consultation Terms

Terms for informational discovery consultations booked through the CaelaraHealth discovery portal.

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Discovery consultations are informational fit calls only. They are not clinical appointments, emergency services, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or patient portal onboarding.

Purpose

These Discovery Consultation Terms apply when a prospect requests, pays for, checks in for, or attends an informational discovery consultation through the CaelaraHealth discovery portal.

The consultation is offered by the participating healthcare practice, not by GagliTech LLC as a healthcare provider. CaelaraHealth provides the scheduling, payment, communication, and video workflow that supports the practice.

Booking And Eligibility

  • A discovery consultation helps the practice and prospect discuss general fit, services offered, next steps, and whether normal onboarding may be appropriate.
  • The practice may accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel a discovery request based on availability, service fit, safety, licensing, scope, or operational needs.
  • Submitting a request, paying for a discovery consultation, or joining a discovery video consultation does not guarantee patient acceptance, appointment availability, package enrollment, or clinical services.
  • If you are booking for another person, you must have permission or legal authority to provide that person's information and participate in the request.

What A Discovery Consultation Is Not

  • Diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, clinical decision-making, or individualized medical advice.
  • A substitute for your existing clinician, urgent care, emergency care, or mental health crisis support.
  • A promise that the practice can accept you as a patient or provide a specific service, lab order, referral, medication, supplement plan, or care plan.
  • Creation of a patient chart, patient portal account, care plan, or provider-patient relationship.

Prospect Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and scheduling information.
  • Keep the request focused on general goals and fit questions, and avoid uploading or sending medical records unless the practice gives you an approved patient workflow.
  • Do not use the discovery portal for urgent symptoms, emergencies, crisis messages, medication changes, or time-sensitive medical decisions.
  • Join from a private setting and avoid recording, retransmitting, or inviting others without the practice's permission.
  • Treat practice staff respectfully and use the portal only for lawful, good-faith discovery scheduling.

Communications And Video

Discovery emails, reminders, payment links, and video links may contain limited scheduling information. They should not be used to send medical records or urgent medical details.

The practice may set additional rules for attendance, identity verification, recording, late arrival, cancellation, rescheduling, and follow-up. Practice-specific instructions control where they are more specific and consistent with applicable law.
