Business Associate Agreement Availability
CaelaraHealth is built for healthcare organizations that may need HIPAA-aligned workflows. When required, GagliTech LLC, as the operator of CaelaraHealth, enters into a Business Associate Agreement or applicable HIPAA addendum with an eligible customer before PHI workflows are enabled.
This public page is informational only. The signable Business Associate Agreement belongs inside authenticated practice-owner or practice-admin onboarding, and the signed agreement controls the parties' responsibilities for protected health information.
What To Expect
Eligible customers
Covered entities and business associates using CaelaraHealth for workflows involving protected health information may request BAA review.
Public website
The public website and beta request form are for non-PHI business communication only.
Before PHI use
Customers should complete required contracting and workspace setup before entering protected health information.
Customer role
Customers remain responsible for their own HIPAA policies, workforce training, access decisions, and patient-facing notices.
Requesting A Business Associate Agreement
During authenticated practice-owner or practice-admin onboarding, tell us whether your intended use involves protected health information and whether your organization needs a Business Associate Agreement or HIPAA addendum. GagliTech LLC will coordinate the appropriate signable agreement before enabling PHI workflows for that relationship.
